CLINICAL EFT TAPPING PRACTITIONER MACKSVILLE KEMPSEY PORT MACQUARIE COFFS HARBOUR MID NORTH COAST NSW

EFT Tapping and becoming an EFT Tapping practitioner has helped me to cope during high-stress times on the farm, major life events and chronic pain. Read my story and see photos of the farm below.

I have found that as an everyday tool, EFT Tapping brings me back to the present moment, where I can feel calm even when things get tense.

After first experiencing a handful of helpful sessions in EFT, I joined a clinical EFT research trial in 2020 through Bond university. It was led by Dr. Peta Stapleton and investigated how clinical EFT can help those with chronic pain. The trial ran for six weeks with just two hours of EFT each week.

During these sessions I worked with a Clinical EFT practitioner and focused on a chronic ankle pain. I had this pain for two years and had tried to improve it with many different modalities.

About a month after the trial had finished, I was walking along and suddenly realised that my ankle was pain free!

It was after this trial that I decided to train and certify in clinical EFT with Jules Vandermaat, who was also an advanced Clinical EFT Tapping practitioner on the mid north coast of NSW and a Master Trainer with EFT International.

But just before beginning the training process, my six-month old grandson passed away. After a life of stress, this was basically the straw that broke the camel’s back and I had a breakdown.

Although I felt that I was unable to cope with any form of stress, I still made the decision to go ahead with the training to become an EFT Tapping practitioner.

I strongly believe that my decision to continue using EFT was what helped me through the grief of losing my grandson and got me to where I am today.

I am now a certified and accredited Clinical EFT Tapping practitioner with EFT International and have completed Tapping out of Trauma which helps me to work safely with my clients.

Through the use of EFT I have been able to work through the many stresses of my life on the farm, past traumas and pain issues. It’s due to all of this life experience, that I feel equipped to listen and empathise with clients, helping them to feel acknowledged and heard.

I feel that I am now a calmer person and able to deal far more effectively with the curve balls that life throws at me—and believe me, I have been thrown just about every curve ball there is.

Sometimes it’s easier to stay stuck than to learn how to evolve into a more calm and collected human. I’ve learned that it’s OK to fall over and it’s OK to lay there for a while, too.

But then, you gotta pick yourself up and ask for a helping hand.

Would you like to feel heard and supported through your own stress?

Whether it’s about farm life, chronic pain or men’s issues, I may be the right EFT Tapping practitioner for you. You’re welcome to get in touch!

Our Farm Life

My husband and I are on 330 acres on the mid-north coast of New South Wales. We predominantly breed Black Angus cattle and grow Russian garlic. We also have honeybees. When we’re not planting, harvesting or fixing fences, we enjoy sitting and pondering life. There’s a view everywhere you look.
